Palliative & End of life Care

We provide tailored specialist palliative care to enable you to have better time together with your loved ones who have terminal illnesses. We recognise the immerse pressure you may have to make sure your loved ones are comfortable and being cared for with the utmost respect and dignity. Our support focuses on providing relief from the symptoms, pain and stress of a serious illness – keeping the patient as comfortable as possible. We aim to improve the quality of life for both the patient and their family whilst reducing the emotional effects of illnesses.

We offer one-to-one support from a compassionate carer who is experienced in palliative care and is fully trained to deliver the care you need. Whether you are looking for a full-time live-in carer or recurrent visits from our care team, we offer various services for palliative care that follows the national palliative care guidelines. The support packages we provide will cover all aspects of care. Our support covers all aspects of care including personal care, pain management, managing and administering medication, preparing meals and so on.

We continue to train and recruit carers all over England and are able to provide fast-track palliative care at short notice.

The options for palliative care include:

Live-in care – This is 24-hour care, where a competent carer will live with you at home to support with your day-to-day needs as required. Your carer will promote your independence and help you to get the most out of life with palliative care.

Regular home visits – This is ideal for people who prefer support visits at specific times of the day or overnight. We provide 30mins visits all the way through to several visits a day or nightly support. Our trained carers can support you to stay independent at home, so that you and your loved ones are confident in the tailored care you are receiving.

Respite care – When your usual carer needs to take a break, we offer respite live-in care from as little as three days. We are here to step in to support with emergency care, whether your carer did not turn up or had other reasons – we are here to help.
