Domiciliary Care

Domiciliary care makes it possible for you or your loved one to receive support in the comfort of your home. You no longer need to leave your home in order to receive care, we bring CARE and support to you.

We provide care for your loved ones who live in their own homes and require support with day-to-day activities. Our aim is to help them maintain their independence within the safe environment of their home and improve quality of life. This option of care allows you to control the support you receive.

We can provide you with your preferred set of regular times for support throughout the day, from 30minutes through to several hours a day. Our carers can support with a range of tasks including:

  • Personal and continence care
  • Managing and administering medication
  • Helping to mobilise in and around the home
  • Household tasks, food shopping and meal preparation
  • Clinical care, including catheter and stoma management and PEG feeding etc.

If you are in care of a loved one and may need relief during the day or night, we have carers who can meet such needs. One of the benefits of domiciliary care is that it offers a source of companionship. Our carers not only provide physical care, but also give emotional support when needed, reassurance and encouragement.

We work closely alongside district nurses and occupational therapists when required to make sure that we deliver care that meets your specific needs, whether it be disability care, types of dementia care, nursing care or companionship care.
